From South Park to Balboa Park
We started off in my clients house just a couple blocks away from Balboa Golf Course and the park. The house was a beautiful two story Craftsman bungalow with gorgeous wood built-ins and floors. My wife and I love to walk around this neighborhood just to get ideas for decorating our own house so it was a treat to be invited inside one of these classic houses.
The house sort of inspired me to go with more of an old time look with the photos. I desaturated the photos and shifted the colors a little to look like they had faded with time. I just loved the old door, the light coming in the window and overall look to the house.

Afterwards, we went over to Balboa Park and just played around a little.

For a two year old, this kid could really toss the ball. He even caught it a few times. But he still has a ways to go before he can one-hand it.
